Staff Vaccination

We encourage all of our staff to be vaccinated. When the community vaccination levels reach 90% we will become a vaccine certificate organisation and all of our staff will be required to be vaccinated at that point. This will help ensure everyone does their part to stay safe.

Customer vaccination

While we operate under the alert level settings, we apply the Governments policy for Alert Levels. This does not currently mandate vaccination, but does require scanning in and mask wearing.

When the Covid-19 Protection Framework is introduced (the traffic light system) vaccination certificates will be required to use our services.

Cancellations and Refunds

If Covid-19 causes your experience with Green Jersey Explorer Tours to be cancelled (whether you are in lockdown or whether we are in lockdown) we will provide a 100% refund.

Once the Covid-19 protection Framework is in place and you arrive to enjoy your experience with us but you are not able to provide a vaccine certificate. Green Jersey Explorer Tours will withdraw you at our sole discretion without refund.
